FEES - Due to the increase of catering and other event-related costs, there has been a modest increase in our registration rates this year.

• In-Person Registration: $385 (Early Bird Rate $360 through June 30) - In-person attendance includes the entire conference schedule which includes 4 plenaries, two worship services, 4 workshop blocks, and the meals listed in the section below.  You will choose which workshop to attend in each workshop block from the available workshops you can find here.  You will also have access to recordings of all 4 Plenaries, both worship services, and these 8 workshops (A-11, A-12, B-11, B-12, C-11, C-12, D-11, and D-12).
• First Call Pastor/Seminary Student In-Person Registration: $200 - This is a scholarship rate available to pastors in their first call or students attending seminary. It includes everything in the In-Person Registration.
• ELCA Scholarship In-Person Registration: $200 - (limited scholarships available; contact [email protected] for more information before registering)
• PCUSA Grants: The Presbyterian Foundation has grants available.  For more info, please visit: Church Financial Leadership Grants
• Virtual Attendee Registration: $150 - Virtual attendance includes all 4 Plenaries, both worship services, and these 8 workshops (A-11, A-12, B-11, B-12, C-11, C-12, D-11, and D-12).  You will have access to the livestream and to the recordings of these sessions and can attend live when they are scheduled or later at your convenience.

Hotel Reservations: $179/night - After making your in-person registration, please use the link below to make your hotel reservation in our group block. In order to get the group rate, you must make the reservation via the link below. If you are planning to arrive early or extend your stay, this rate is available between September 19-25. You must reserve your room by August 29 to receive this rate. The hotel will not extend this rate past this deadline. The conference will be held at the Sheraton New Orleans (500 Canal Street New Orleans, LA 70130).

MEALS - Your in-person conference registration includes a plated dinner Monday, a dessert reception Monday evening, a buffet lunch Tuesday, and a happy hour reception on Tuesday, as well as some beverages and snacks during break times. We will do our best to accommodate the dietary allergies and restrictions you indicate on the registration form, but if you have severe dietary restrictions, please plan to bring supplemental food.

For dinner on Monday, September 22 you can select from the following meal options on the registration form (menus are subject to slight changes based on ingredient availability):

1. CHICKEN – Abita basted roast chicken breast, vegetable jambalaya, broccolini, pan jus (gluten and lactose-free)
2. FISH – Local drum, jasmine risotto, crawfish and shrimp etouffee (gluten-free)
3. VEGAN – Cauliflower steak, chickpea stew with coconut milk, basmati rice (gluten and lactose-free)

There will also be an option to indicate that you will not be attending the dinner. We hope that all attendees fully participate in all conference events, but we understand that you may have other scheduling needs. If you do not attend dinner, there is no discount on the registration fee, but an accurate headcount helps us to be good stewards and reduce food waste.

Refunds - Please note that virtual registrations are non-refundable. If you have registered to attend in person and are no longer able to attend, you may request a partial refund up until August 8. In this case, your registration will be switched to virtual attendance, and you will receive a refund for the amount you paid, minus a $150 processing fee. After August 8, no refunds will be issued.
