2026 Call for Presenters

Thank you for considering the submission of a Workshop Presentation!  These Presentation Guidelines have been compiled to ensure a mutual understanding of expectations.

• You are welcome to submit up to two proposals. Other than sponsors, and with rare exceptions, presenters will be offered no more than one workshop opportunity.
• Workshops are planned for 75 minutes and should be focused on providing information, training, or insights.
• Please ensure that your workshop title and description are consistent with the content.
• Attendees find the inclusion of tips, tools, resources, and handouts to be valuable.
• Please include a brief description of resources you plan provide in the workshop description.
• Workshops should not be used for the promotion of a particular service or for marketing an individual or an organization. If you are interested in marketing you can find more information about sponsorship opportunities here.

The Call for Presenters will be open through December 15, 2025. Speakers will be notified of selection status by March 1, 2026.

Stewardship Kaleidoscope is planned by volunteers and funded solely by attendee registration fees and sponsors. Presenters from denominational agencies and/or sponsoring entities are expected to cover their own costs of attendance including registration, transportation, lodging, and other related expenses. To continue keeping the Conference affordable, the S-K Planning Team greatly appreciates if all other presenters would cover their own costs.  However, all other presenters may receive one complimentary registration per workshop if required.  Note that if you are co-presenting a workshop, you are limited to only one complimentary registration per workshop. Conference registration does not include costs associated with transportation, lodging, or other related travel expenses.  No honoraria will be provided.
