Conference Overview & Registration Information

The 2026 Stewardship Kaleidoscope Conference will be held in person in Baltimore, Maryland, September 21–23, 2026, with an option to attend virtually.

The conference will be held at Renaissance Baltimore Harborplace Hotel, a Marriott property.The address is 202 E Pratt Street, Baltimore, Maryland. A link to our group rate is located on your registration confirmation.

In-person attendees can participate in diverse plenary sessions, worship experiences, and choose from dozens of workshops.
Virtual attendees can join all plenaries and worship services via livestream or recording and will have access to eight workshops, including four available via livestream.

Conference List Option

During registration, you will be asked whether you wish to be included on the Conference List. This list is shared with participants ahead of the event to support networking with new and returning colleagues.
The list must NOT be used for solicitation. Participation is optional.

Registration Rates

• Early Bird In‑Person Registration (through June 30): $375*

  Includes full access to the conference schedule: four plenaries, two worship services, four workshop blocks, and all meals listed below. You will select one workshop per block.
  In‑person attendees also receive recordings of all four plenaries, both worship services, and eight workshops (A‑11, A‑12, B‑11, B‑12, C‑11, C‑12, D‑11, D‑12)

• First Call Pastor or Seminary Student In‑Person Registration: $200

  Scholarship rate for pastors in their first call or students currently enrolled in seminary. Includes all benefits of regular in‑person registration.

• ELCA Scholarship In‑Person Registration: $200

  Limited scholarships available. Please contact Tim.Brown@elca.org before registering.

• Virtual Attendee Registration: $150

  Includes access to all live-steamed and recorded plenaries and worship, plus access to eight workshops (four via livestream).

*After June 30, regular in‑person registration increases to $425.

Meals for In‑Person Attendees

Your in‑person registration includes:

• Monday: Dinner and dessert reception
• Tuesday: Lunch and afternoon reception
• Daily: Beverages and light snacks during breaks

We will do our best to accommodate dietary allergies indicated on your form.
If you have severe dietary restrictions, please plan to bring supplemental food.
You may also indicate if you will not be attending Monday’s dinner. There is no registration discount, but accurate counts help us reduce food waste and steward resources responsibly.

Be sure to join us for the Sponsor Reception on Tuesday afternoon, where you'll have the opportunity to speak one-on-one with each sponsor, enjoy appetizers and drinks, and spend time in fellowship before your free night begins!

Group Discounts

Because we wholeheartedly believe in and want to encourage other congregations to bring groups to Stewardship Kaleidoscope, we will be offering a discount of $25 off per registration if a group of three or more attend the conference. Email Info@StewardshipKaleidoscope.org for more information, before registering.

Conference Discounts

Enjoy a visit to the National Aquarium at a special Stewardship Kaleidoscope rate—approximately 20% off regular admission. Please use this special ticket link to access the discounted rate, and be sure to check the aquarium’s operating hours as you plan your visit. This discount is available to all conference attendees through the end of the event.
