As registration and preparations continue for Stewardship Kaleidoscope 2026–Doing More in BaltiMORE, we hope that you are as excited as we are to hear from noted author and consultant, Robert Hall!

As co-founder and CEO of an international Customer Relationship Management (CRM) firm for more than 20 years, Hall—  a Ruling Elder at Canyon Creek Presbyterian Church, Dallas — was named by Ernst & Young as a finalist for Entrepreneur of the Year in the Southwest. His first book, “The Streetcorner Strategy for Winning Local Markets,” a business bestseller, helped inspire the CRM movement.

Hall has authored more than 200 published articles on leadership, strategic direction, culture and relationships. His work has appeared in Forbes, The New York Times, The CEO Magazine and The Huffington Post. His latest book, “This Land of Strangers: The Relationship Crisis That Imperils Home, Work, Politics and Faith,” has been called “the most important book of the decade” by Rick Boyatzis, co-author of Primal Leadership. A frequent guest on PBS, Hall’s recent appearance with NY Times columnist, David Brooks, received a Telly Award for excellence.

Hall currently coaches CEOs and leadership teams in companies and nonprofits. For the last decade he has led an annual executive leadership conference for the chief executives of Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary, Austin College, Mo-Ranch, Presbyterian Children’s Home and Services, Shriner University and Texas Presbyterian Foundation.
